West Indies bag four as South Africa extend lead to 138 by    Cricbuzz Staff   •    Published on  Fri, Mar 10, 2023, 03:52 PM Share Tweet West Indies picked up four wickets in the morning session on Day 3 © AFP West Indies continued their comeback trail in the Test match with a strong showing on the third morning, which saw them pick four wickets while conceding only 65 runs. South Africa's lead now stands at 138 runs with six wickets in hand. Dean Elgar was the first to fall, steering a wide ball from Kyle Mayers straight to gully and that wicket in the first over of the day set the tone. Mayers struck again in the same spell, this time bowling Tony de Zorzi off an inside edge. West Indies also accounted for the in-form Aiden Markram after getting an lbw review wrong against him. On the brink of drinks, Kemar Roach produced a jaffa that straightened in the fourth stump channel and caught Markram's edge. https://www.builtinaustin.com/ company/strongest...

Usman Khawaja, with his 14th Test ton, put on pivotal partnerships with Steve Smith first and Cameron Green later to help the visitors get their noses ahead. Led by the steadfast Khawaja, Australia showed that they were ready to grind India out in the first session after the hosts had started in wayward fashion. After having been forced to warm up out of the main playing area because of the political attendance at play ahead of the day's play, India's pacers began by spraying the ball all over the place. Mohammed Shami began with a big wide that landed in front of second slip, and proceeded to test KS Bharat ...
